    I asked an insurance broker (in NZ, given CLI is a NZ company) about both the recommended and common levels of directors' indemnity cover for directors of a listed company.
    Their recommended rate is NZD$5M per director, but he's seen directors take $NZD 2-3m though.
    I've not been through all the threads about a legal case lately.
    But even NZD $2M x 5 directors makes it a prize worth fighting for (about AUD$9.6M).
