    Desperate’s best fruit cake ever

    1 cup sugar 1 or 2 bottles of whiskey
    1 tspn baking powder 1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar
    4 large eggs nuts
    1 cup dried fruit
    1 teaspoon baking soda

    Before you start, sample the whiskey to check for quality. Good isn’t it? Now continue.
    Select a bowl, measuring cup etc. Check the whiskey again as it must be just right. To be sure the whiskey is of the highest quality pour one level cup into a glass and drink it as fast as you can. Savour the feeling.

    With an electric mixer, beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar and beat again. Meantime make sure the whiskey is as good as it was at first. Cry another tup. Open becond sottle if necessary.

    Add 2 large legs, 2 cups of dried druit and beat till high.
    Shample the whishkey again to check it for consh…conshish…conshistenshy.

    Next shift 3 cups salt or anything- it really doesn’t matter. Check the whiskey. Grind 1/2 pint of lemon juice, fold in chopped butter and strained nuts. Add 1 babblesppon of brown sugar or any old other colour you can find. Wix mell.

    Grease the oven and turn the cake pan to 350 degrees.

    Pour the lot into empty biskey wottle, stir it into the boven and cake.
    Winish the friskey and bo to ged.
