    Almost signs of desperation by the cappers at 2.9 cents. If you really wanted to sell why not just sell at 2.8 cents and be done with it. Why load up the offer at 2.9 cents more and more. Problem is is that the cappers are on both sides of the trade and obviously not getting much stock at these levels.
