    It is never a good policy to badmouth your competition. It usually backfires.

    By their actions the present board has totally destroyed their credibility. They cannot demonstrate what they have done to benefit shareholders so they resort to negative tactics!

    Nothing this board can say or do will change my decision to vote against.
