Why would you short a stock that could be moved around by 15%...

Why would you short a stock that could be moved around by 15% for as little as 10k,
this would be a very dangerous game to play, especially as ther are easier candidates to do this to.
As we are only two weeks from the result it is far more likely that these new buyers have had a sniff of the result and like what they see.
Interesting that suddenly with all that buyer depth, the sellers did not want to sell into it, maybe there is not that much selling about and any hint of positive news will send the sp northwards,
i for one would not want to be short leading into the result
