If I was a god fearing man I think I would be saying something like "It is not the religion that is the problem, it is the people that claim to represent the religion tha are the problem". The people (if you can call terrorists that shoot children in the back people) are more rightly described as agents of the devil rather than agents of god or a religion of god. (For 'god' read also allah or any other name one gives to this being or thing).

If I was a god fearing man that is, and since I'm not please disregard the above as meaningless drivel.
