There in a very good article in the Weekend Australian about the remuneration packages to CEO's and Management.

I can't copy and past it. But if anyone can for everyone to read, it would be very much appreciated.

Even the people who usually recommends executives remunerations and advise company Boards accordingly, are querying the practices and the current Boards attitudes.

In one Company that 52% of shareholders and instos voted against the remuneration package at the last AGM, the Board, still approved contrary to shareholders wishes and votes, an enormous pay rise for it's CEO.

These people must have skins line Rhynos. It is all like water on a duck's back, lol.
