I have read your post in full, and I can assure you that you have no arguments with me there.

All your points, from the Elders remarks to the "our beloved MR" and "HIS" AIO (apparently is not ours the way he does and handle things) are spot on, and again I would have to agree with you.

As for writing to him, I have my doubts that he will ever get back to you, or anyone lese for that matter. Total waste of time.

When you get to the top (Past experience) and you put a point up that hurts quite a bit, you'll get a reply (if any), from their Legal Counsel, simply because they are worried that they may say something that you can hold against them at some stage or another down the track.

As an example, I have once written a letter to James Packer personally, about his attitudes and handling of the companies I was invested in, (to me, it was quite a bit of money I may add), and all I got back was a reply from their Legal Counsel trying to explain to me what was going on. I immediately replied back saying that my letter was addressed to James Packer and not a Lawyer, and that I thought I was entitled to get a reply/explanation from him. I have never got a reply from anyone anymore.

Now, really what gets to me, is these new Directors that have just been appointed in AIO. What the heck are they doing there, if they already cave in to MR and his doings????

Have they got any proverbials, or are they simply there to line their pockets a little more??? "Move away a little bit mate. It is my turn to put my snout in the trough too".

Are they all turred with the same brush??? One would have to assume that it is the case. And yes I have read that MR's option will lapse and not in the money. But is it our fault, and should he be compensated by giving him some more oppies, and in the money already??
One would think not. If any ethics were to be applied. What about the Shareholders that lost heaps while him and Poole were doing things the way they wanted before??? Or no, forget about them. They are only the pawns on the chessboard, and they can be sacrificed.

I lovegold, as I said before, I do not agree with all of you comments you make in these threads, but this time I DO!!

Let's hope that some of the big funds that have invested heaps into AIO, will wake up to his and their antics soon, and pull them all back into gear.

I have tried to give you a thumb up, but it would not allow me to do it. Something a little wrong with HC of late, I believe. A lot of little niggling things I find.
