Line a pie tin with baking paper
Line with short or filo pasty or alternatively just use squares to pasty
Bake until golden at 150 c
Peel and slice pears or apples or alternatively use canned fruit
Arrange on pastry
Sprinkle on a little of ‘some’ of the following:
Cheese
Butter
Brown sugar
Vanilla
Orange juice
Zest
Rum
Cinnamon
Bake at 125 degrees until fruit is cooked
