Pineapple with brandy sauce
i always loved cooked pineapple!
two cans of crushed pineapple in juice
remove the juice
fry in a very hot pan, the crushed pineapple, in a little oil, until a bit caramelized.

Bring sauce to boil in a saucepan:
1 cup of pineapple juice from pineapple
1 cups of orange juice
Grated orange zest to taste
Three or four tablespoons of brandy
Two tablespoons of butter
A little nutmeg to taste
A little vanilla to taste
A little mint to taste (optional)
Thicken slightly with cornflour

serve with sauce and ice cream
