Cash is decreasing with interest bearing debt growing.
Thus, I am not sure that all the bad news is over. They have 6 to 12 months to put things around, so Simberi improvement is really critical now. If Gwalia wasn't function well they would be in deeper mess - let me demonstrate below:
31st March 2013
Cash of $120 million, $312 million interest bearing debt.
30th June 2013
Cash of $129 million, $325 million interest bearing debt.
30th September 2013
Cash of $106 million, $331 million interest bearing debt.
31st March 2014
Cash of $58 million, $337 million interest bearing debt.
