SBM face a very difficult period. Keep wacking away and make everything work and maybe in time it will. Will need immediate precious metal rises soon, but this could be sometime away.

The company has a rope around it's neck. This will continue in time as the operations collectively struggle and in the end what happens in debt increases. Once day debt may sink the ship - that could be a reality if the direction of the ship doesn't have a clear focus.

if the gold price remains where it is this company will not survive. If the gold price starts moving upwards then it could be an opportunity to get in and make some money. If the gold price falls then all is lost.
