Good post Matrix00, well explained. Eight years is a long time between posts. One question for anyone out there, because it does with hindsite seem like an obvious flaw in the trial, why did all the experts seem pretty confident of getting a good result on the primary endpoint of overall PFS, as seen in the SRX videos? The bigger question they seemed to pose was how good will the overall PFS result be, not that it would fail the primary endpoint?
