X axis will always be time. They use median rather than mean because of skewness of the distribution
The problem here is the correlation between liver PFS and overall PFS, which historically has been a steady relationship - because mCRC patients never had a different drug that specifically targets liver metastases. Clearly, the assumption was that this relationship will hold with the addition of SIRT, but trial result suggests that this is not the case
