given the two spectacular download failures in the last 6 months RMA and Anytime - dont hold your breath waiting for downloads
The studios are backing Bluray, which is hard to pirate, and, as consumers upgrade their TV's, HD quality downloads will take 8 times longer than the RMA downloads - so the future looks even more far off for downloads
Biggest complaint that RMA and Anytime had was choice and download times. If consumer wont wait for that, why would they wait for QFX which takes a week, and wont guarantee what movie they will send you?
Lets hope DES doesnt pour anymore money or time into this disaster - which is only half way to break even point, after acquiring 10,000 subs from homescreen (QFX likes people to believe that it was all "organic")
