Lets just say that with the winter season coming to an end, the management still haven't decided on what they are going to do.
Seems like they are just as useless at planning as the previous mob.
Maybe they will decide in the summer what to do and then realise all the rigs are booked.
You might as well write this one off. No liquidity to get out so you just have to stick them in the bottom draw and wait for someone to rescue this company from the doldrums.
