    CJS,

I agree with you. The Directors are NOT WELL PAID given what they do and their responsibilities. I remember at the last AGM ( I think it was), TOD called, almost pleaded, for someone to step up and be a Director. No one did.

I haven't checked the accounts, but my guess, Directors fees were bugger-all in relation to the overall wages bill.

Unfortunately, I think this original post is a rehash of a lot of old stuff. If we kick these guys out now, it's bye-bye time. And they have got some runs on the board.

I am not sure of where this poster came from (I am not making and aspersions, I just don't know) as I have seen no postings before the day of this one. Again, without aspersions, my initial reaction was that this post had come from another forum. But I do think posts like this play into the hands of those who would like to see the price lower (see other MST posts).

Frankly, I am finding it a bit tiresome to have posters pop up from nowhere and say things like "the directors are wealth destroyers", citing some dodgy "statistics" to support their arguements. A brief examination of the history of the company will tell you a lot about those who did create the destruction, although it took years to fully manifest itself from the seeds sewn in the first half of the 2000 decade. And those people are mostly gone, some time ago. The current board/management inherited a company in dire straights. DYOR.

To those who support TOD, I am with you. He has done nothing but try and resurect this company which has, on many occasions, been on the verge of death. I do not believe the share price reflects the true value of the company and the many take-over theories would seem to support my notion. I think the Dutchess agreement is reposible for the decline in price, but that is only my opinion.

Anyway, I hope for our sake, the RI is successful.
