I'm not sure exactly how quoting you very own statements word for word can be considered "twisting" and I'm not trying to make it personal. Just trying to point out that you and others have previously talked about MST being taken over on the cheap but when it suddenly looks like the groundwork is being set for such an action and very significant positions taken by new players, you are critical of anybody who suggests what it might be.

Given your previous statements, calling us Machiavellian takeover theorists then pretending you were talking about somebody else just gets my goat. Who else were you referring to ?

You also want to make this about one guy, TOD. In fact there are many additional players involved and how many cards do you think he has up his sleeve at the moment ? Nobody is suggesting that TOD is rolling over and selling us all "down the swannee" but given that this one proposal gives this new notes holder the ability to take a controlling interest, I don't think pretending its not happening is that helpful either.
