    I agree,

you either do or don't have the goods.
And if you cant supply a detailed report, you probably don't have the goods.
If a company does supply the info, well its probably because there are some goods to discuss with shareholders, as opposed to spin and promise carrying your assets.
A company shouldn't say they have flows without details or supporting evidence, especially if those flows don't correlate with the Utah Oil and Gas details.

So either you have the goods and you can prove it with supporting details
    or
you don't have the goods and you can't lay your hands on them and thats why you didn't offer the supporting details - no mystery, all logical.

Given the claims the company has made and given the supporting details that they provided to shareholders with, i can only say God help the Directors if their data gets cross-examined with the industry watchdogs records. And as it stands, theres nothing to say that they wont be.

BTW, Jay Stratton has had a lot of money prior to now or he wouldnt have been doing what the company claims he's been doing....go back to pre-Christmas financial details and see he has spent money....or hasnt he? Which is it MAE? Did he have money to work the wells or not?
So has progress been made or not?
And has spending money flogging the dead horse only proven that the company is better off trying to suck gas out of 50yr decayed wells? Yes.
Blood from a stone - and it tens of took millions to finally accept the fact - so now they will move on to 50yrs worth of decaying wells and call it the best bet.

If i was one of you major shareholders, i would demand that they spend money on Mancos Shale or get another plan.
They can use the infrastructure next door to Mancos...no excuses. Unless they have found their answer after weighing up the costing difference between doing Mancos and re-hashing old wells?
If so, the fact that they chose to go with the old wells as opposed to Mancos tells you that not a lot will be spent on the old wells...so where will the rest of the money go?
    NOTHING but debt.

Its the major shareholders call on that front - either throw good cash money after bad debt and wait for 10yrs for the company to get cash positive or a wait for a delisting, or attract a buyer for what you have...opr just move onto another company worth 3 cents that you think has as good or better a chance of making you the money you are going to wait for MAE to make in 10yrs minimum.

No conspiracies about that theory hey?
It's called thinking beyond one word and initial reactions and theres no voodoo about it ;-)

Crossing your fingers (believing in promises) might constrict your bloodflow (cash) at which point your finger may drop off (all monies lost).

Think about that other company that is also worth 3 cents that not only has an enormous perceived upside, but which also has better chances of realising a profit within the next year or so than MAE has....a share that may deserve your money more than MAE and its Sole underperforming Director.

If you don't look at these details and issues (bliss) you really do have a good problem free future. If you do look at the details, instead of crossing your fingers for another ten yrs, then you might have used diligence where others haven't.
Sometimes walking away breaks no rules and is the best investment.
Sometimes hanging in there in the face of adversity breaks all the rules and is the worst investment.

Either way, the music will come on soon and it will be followed by a fat lady who will either sing praise or sound doom.

Cheers and for the record - again - my motive is to not rub salt, but to offer greater awareness, because after watching so many people lose out by relying on the companies spin i hope the company makes shareholders money, as opposed to losing them money.

PS: I wonder if Goldman Sachs or one of its subsidiaries ever shorted this share? I wonder if any new shareholders on who are present on HC ever shorted it? If so, they would not like hearing my comments - which happen to be the same comments that they themselves were making about the share when the share was at 80cents.
