Downside,

When picking mining stock I use a thing called NPV with a personal asss factor to account for company BS; which there is much.

Essentially its whats in the ground less extraction and capex to build the mine. $400 an ounce to extract (which is to much but what ever), less $100M for the mine. worked on $800 Oz an Ounce and resources of around 1.3 Million Ounces . Gives me a figures a tad under $1 a share.
The assumption is that they find another 500k ounces above the current 720K between Sunnyside and Glen Wills, which given the proposed geology should be a walk in the park.
The bottom line is even if you down grade the NPV to 50cents a share it still looks vgood.....
