I’m not stressing about this at all, sounds like a standard procedural process. Permit granted, others have a right to appeal which will get tossed out quickly and the permit is then valid. That way these people can’t jump up and down saying we didn’t consult with the community etc because they had their chance. All it will cost us is a week or two more wait time, which is immaterial in the grand scheme of things.
