moondoog, that document reads like a fairy tale, all warm and fuzzy.
There some many contradiction, glosses over any sort of detail and devoid of any reality.
It would not be hard to provide costing, in actuall fact each page is stamped "fully costed and Budgeted" so why not provide them?
Even put in cavets and what assumption are used would be better that the total lack of details and costing.
While I don't have a problem with cost cutting, that would be a good thing, not know where the cuts will be made is scary.
How do you provide $Billions of infastructure, tax cuts and improve services while at the same time cutting expenditure? Will it be health or education that will suffer, that is the sort of detail that raised questions
