Sorry I did leave out my view on that. Correct, I definitely fit into the population of those who would view as negative/adversely.
Litigation tends to be viewed as an extreme option and from a company like AMG (or another company with similar market cap) many would see it as an attempted deflection from the companies performance and as a deferent to other people from criticising the company.
I wouldn’t definitely sell though, but I’d definitely consider it.
