i admit I didn't count on a CR but now that it's upon us I am reasonably happy with the outcome and can appreciate the need.

An insto investor is good news (provided they are in for the longer haul) as they draw much need attention and add credence to the STX story! That insto now has a vested interest in STX succeess! At the same time existing shareholders get the opportunity to participate, and hopefully make a few cents on issue.

A good deal is a deal where everyone makes something. This way the BOD get a cash top up to pursue goals and an insto onboard and S/holders get to participate!

Sorry to see SA go but he has worked very hard for a long time and burn out happens to the best of them!

Now waiting for Sadie testing to begin & St Landry drill to commence - unless there is other unexpected news beforehand?
