I think you might have got the wrong end of somebody’s stick. I don’t really know much about “high pressure drilling” in Utah, but I am aware of the brines being processed into Lithium from the Salars in South America by SQM and Orocobre. I could be wrong, but part of the benefit of brine processing is that you don’t have to drill deep expensive holes to access and pump it.
While I hope you are right, most of what I have read conflicts with your position.
