Hey guys,

I noticed a lot of emails and info being sent around everywhere regarding how to VOTE in the coming meeting..

I called up Link Market Services and can confirm the following:


IMPORTANT VOTING INFORMATION: You can attend the meeting in person or lodge your vote on the Internet/post/email/fax. If you have voted already, you can CHANGE YOUR VOTE, simply phone Link Market Services on: 1800 680 188 to request a NEW FORM be FAXED/EMAILED or POSTED to you or you can EASILY change your vote on the internet. Your FINAL VOTING DECISION must be received by 10:00am on 26th October 2011 (Sydney Time) to be counted. You can appoint the Chairman as your proxy whichever way you vote.

ALSO - VERY IMPORTANT - ESG and/or SANTOS do not and will not and can not get a "running total of votes" up until the meeting. Link Market Services assured me the processing side of things remains under lock and key until the actual meeting when the result will be revealed for the first time

Hope all this info helps dispel some myths however if you have any further questions simply RING Link Market Services ... it's a TOLL FREE number, they are there to give you information for FREE (although the girl I was talking to had to put me on hold several times for all the questions I asked above - eventually i was put through to a "manager")...
