IMO there will be a surge in sp to 60c plus on positive details from the next announcement. I think the buyers are ready to pounce.
The announcement has been made and the concern is somewhat gone. The devil will be in the detail, however I remain a long term holder as I think the upside can be massive in this stock. With dividend gone, the benefits will be purely capital gain in the immediate term and investors who take a long term approach can now have confidence. The dividend returning one day will be an added bonus.
With so much positive sentiment on the markets at the moment, property is set to recover somewhat from the general fear and then we will see gmg come into its own. My sentiments only.
