COVID accelerated UC move to the cloud, and the new cloud products are yet to proven. On top of that they are SaaS revenue, so will immediately impact earnings (and annual recurring revenue still small from these products). Hence new product strategy unproven. I'm not sure what to make of senior leadership changes (were they part of the problem? I think in the last couple of years the chief product officer, the chief commercial officer, the chief marketing officer, and now the chief financial officer have all gone/left.
In short, struggling to think of any good news in the last 2-3 years since the record high SP in 2019.
