The problem of which that DML does not commence any meetings/discusssions with CF and purely leaving the bidder in limbo.
DML only reacts once CF issued the fourth supplementary highlighting the concern of this reserve depletion.
Hopefully it does not punish the SP to the level 1.20 (SPP price).
Once again, I am not siding CF. When the 4th supplementary was issued, I was on the assumption that CF plays a strategy of price offer negotiation. However, the 2nd supplementary from DML, admits that the reserve is depleting.
The point is that this should be announced to the market before CF issued the 4th supplementary and this will avoid the SP being punished hard.
