Then they ask you if there's anything else they can do for you and so you say "well how about an investment loan for say $250,000" and they say we could do that at 11.9% and you spend the next five minutes rolling around on the floor laughing.

or how about the one where you ask for a car loan for $20k and they say only if you deposit $20k with us in a term deposit at 5% will we lend you the $20k at 11%. It's at that point you ask who came up with the idea, they say the manager, and you tell them that it won't be long till they are the manager, and the teller in the next booth starts wetting herself laughing.
