you are never going to be in on inside negotiations but volume of the stock will noticeably increase as buyers take more interest.

The buyers will take positions in the stock as well as they know that any big substantial deals will seriously effect the sp...so the biggger buyers will take positions and the volumes traded will increase


so keep an eye on daily volume and when the volumes increase thats when the deals have been done
