Its definitely the drop in Iron Ore. $220 to $160. Having said that the AUD is back below USD$0.74 which would be a tailwind for us. Also production levels from mining area C will continue to ramp up.
I think the market is still hesitant given its a pure royalty play. I think its interesting buying at these prices if you are happy with a solid +5% div yield into the future.
