I would hope over the last 2 years they have been compiling a list of targets and arrived at target prices. Better to pay us dividends while asset prices are high. Maybe now in market downturn they might find a compelling buy. I suspect they will have to wait for cyclical movements down to make good purchases. Happy to wait as long as the docs keep rolling in.
