Right. if this is indeed one of the highest quality royalty company's then I'd presume it's in the shareholders interests to not aquire another biz as that has risks, and just milk the bhp cash cow, and reduce mangememt to part time administrative duties.
Of course management are human and will be liable to their own self interests.
If any shareholder wants the proceeds of another loyalty Co we can just go buy one on market.
