I think we all miss the markets from 6 months ago. Ah, they were fun.


Whether that returns next year or in 2010 is another story. I think it will return, but perhaps not for at least 12 months and maybe not for 2yrs+.

Who knows?


But yeh, these are traders markets. As you said, buy the dips, sell the rips. Thats the mantra.



I miss the debates too. I've always loved a good casual debate/argument. lol.


Anyway, i will say, if i could take ANY POSITION GLOBALLY RIGHT NOW, IT WOULD BE TO SHORT AUSTRALIAN PROPERTY. I THINK OUR PROPERTY MARKET WILL COLLAPSE OVER THE NEXT 2-3 YRS.
