    Heres a good opportunity to bag him publicly to see if it is his intentions to run this company the same as VCR.

    Be paid a rude amount of money & bleed the share holders dry, all the while havin no intention of bringing to market.

    Pay him in options with a 6 month expiry I say & an exercise price twice the current market.
