Trader56, that is correct.
During the trading period covered in the appendices they were a net seller of approximately 3 mill - 4 mill shares(rough gestimate only taking into account the > 1mill orders) despite all the buying and selling.
Also see how long it took for them to provide a "becoming sub holder" notice and yet when they ceased to be a sub holder they released notice within 48 hrs. Pretty sneaky and it may catch a few holders.
