If you have a look most these banks have been busted for illegal activities in the market and here they are being given the regulators job of the new market!! huh.
This is just typical behaviour of the U.S./U.K , the gold pools/LBMA in general.

This is like giving the regulators job to a convicted inside trader. IMO the rules for this new setup will be about as good as the rules that govern the COMEX, all for the Banks. In my opinion it just got worse in spades.

And those compliance officers did SUCH a GREAT job weedling out the rotten apples, beforehand.....right??
This is a really REALLY pathetic attempt at papering over the cracks by LBMA, FSA, UK Treasury select committee, Banks and WGC.
