Australian stock Report and Deutsche have published the buy recommendation and target projected by Deutsche of .70c. Not a bad follow up after Small Cap Investors recomendation with half the price target recently. Management are upping the anti since the Singapore IPO cancellation and some positive sentiment is finally surfacing. ML will struggle to hold this price low too much longer one would feel.
