Noticing earlier posts about Cephalon and its mergers and acqusitions I did a little research and came up with the following. deutsce Bank are the major advisor to Cephalon and also advised them on their previous moves for Arana and Mesoblast, which is now valued at $2.1billion and they also placed a blocking stake of 19.9%. Could PRR be a target? Almost definitely! Martin Rogers spoke at the DB healthcare conference in December and for us with half decent memories the SP went from 10c to 20c in the ensuing days. Deutsche have always been bullish in the biotech field and in particular about Dendreon. Final note, and I'm not speculating, there are enough doing that on Hot Copper, Martin Rogers is due to speak at DB's healthcare conference in Boston on the 4th May on the same platform as Dendreon. Add this to my earlier post today and it's easy to see why I'm personally very bullish on this stock.
