deutsche bank-why submit a shorting agreement?

    We know Deutsche Bank bought a truck load of shares for around 25c on 25 March 2010 through the Form 603 submitted.

    They have also submitted a securities lending agreement and a blank brokerage agreement to the company.

    Why have these two documents been submitted by Deutsche?
