I saw on the ABC news this morning that part of the reason the US is going after DB after such a long period is, DB facilitated the exit of money from the US to Russia using what is called "Mirror trades".
Now that the US has walked away from the negotiating table on Syria they are going after Russia wherever and whenever they can.
Tough job though as the US touted the fall of the Russian economy when they crushed the POO and on HC too.
Russia seems to have weathered that storm.
President of the Philippines has told Obama to go to hell he will buy arms from the Russians. This comes after the US refused to sell arms to the Philippines. Apparently Russia and China are waiting to sell them arms.
