Deutsche Bank announced on march 25, that it became a substantial holder of BLP on 18 March, holding a whopping 11 percent.

This is very strange. How can you go from having a non-disclosable holding of something under 5%, to 11% in one go. The disclosed market volume on the 18th does not account for it.

We're seeing a lot of the "prime broker agreements". Does anyone know, in plain language, what these actually mean ?

The transaction for 20 million shares , they say, is "pursuant to a rehypothecation transaction". What does that mean ?

    Anyone following this stock ?
