re: deutsche - discount price 1.76 It doesn't mean inevitably that Deutsche bought HDR shares to put them in their own pocket. It's a common way of placing shares without effecting the market too much. Deutsche may take it all (at a discount price!!) to sell it to other big investors they already have talked to.

So, once again: 1.76 should be discount price (10% ?) to the current market opinion/price.
