if it is a blocking stake, i wonder if toho would bother raising the bid or just be happy with what they get. So long a it'ss over 50% i think they wouldn't bother with raising the bid.
could be wrong here.
either way, i plan on holding until next fin yr anyway, so will be looking to accept the bid in the final week unless there is an extension or a raise to the offer.
