It has taken some time but I have cracked it. They are saying true value or target price is £10 and they expect Tullows share price to hit that level with in the next 12 months. However, to be a little conservative that will de-risk by 15% to 850.

Therefore if everything could fall in to place then the highest they expect the shareprice could go is 2225p.

Well I think thats how it should be read!
