Well, what's one to think. The board have sanctioned WHC offer be accepted so surely that means they will sell into it. Doesn't leave much room for games unless someone knows of a white knight or some other event. It is interesting to note the (bad) timing of that BBY report and if the valuation is to be believed and somewhere near the truth the question has to be asked why the board folded. Apparantly they don't think $2 is within cooee I think they owe SH an explanation for their decision.
