This latest Frequent Flyer change "making it more fair to fly" is a load of S**t. All this is doing is devaluing the value of flying with qantas. Qantas is not the cheapest airline, however I do fly for FF points when the price is still with in a reasonable difference. This latest rip off will now cause more people to think about whether it is worth flying qantas.
To increase paswsenger numbers you need to be giving value and reward for the money spent. Increase the frequent flyer points program per flight and you will be getting more people flying qantas.
