i am less sure it’s suppression of information but more likely that the reportable side effects were fairly narrowly defined as was the period in which they were considered to be related to the vax.
I am not even sure we call it intentional on anyones part but more the result of a pandemic and really deaths leading to a somewhat panicked response. Maybe the trials in the drug companies were rushed or a little skewed maybe Whatever - the natural consequence of cognitive bias is to look for what one is primed to see and not otherwise
the other matter is statistical again. That maybe even if you accounted for all the possible problems the vax still saved lives. Then we enter another realm of debate
