As a VXR/DVP and NST shareholder I'm very happy that Bill has taken on the Woodlawn challenge. My last HRR post Post #:54672809 said I was going to own whoever ended up with Woodlawn. It is good to see that it is a pre-existing holding in the portfolio.

But I wasn't kidding about it on a fire sale for cents to the dollar though.... HRR sank $340m to this and DVP is only paying $30m for it, plus $70m success-driven milestone payments. If it ends up needing a lot of work then I doubt this payment will happen. It is a cracker deal for DVP but not so for the many HRR SH that's suffered.

But that is investments for you... As I said in this HRR post dated 31/01/2020 Post #:42673098 "any money you have on HRR should be something you can live without."
